Entryway

Take a step through the front door and into the rotunda.  

The 2-story ceilings and beautiful open staircase stand atop

gorgeous hardwood floors that run throughout the main level!

Formal dining room

From the entryway you step into the formal dining room.  We 

have chosen to use it as a piano room because of the great

acoustics from it's 20 ft. ceilings. :)  But whatever you choose

to use it for, the classy chandelier, dramatic

windows, and upstairs view through the balcony will 

give it lots of drama and elegance.  

Multi-purpose room

This room, just to the right of the circle entryway,

serves as our tv room.  It would also make a great

home office, formal sitting room or even a toy room!  It

is the only room on the main level that has carpet, which

makes it perfectly cozy.  The carpets have been 

kept in wonderful, clean condition!

Living Room

The living room, open to the kitchen, is homey and spacious!

There are so many different options for arranging!  We

opted to put the dining room table in front of the fireplace

and a sitting room area in the back, but the sky is the limit!

The gas fireplace is nestled into some great built-ins and has a 

large, simple mantle.  We use it a lot in the winter and find

that it keeps us nice and toasty and adds the perfect ambiance 

for entertaining! 

Kitchen

Take a step through the walkway and into the bright kitchen.  

It's smart layout and ample storage space makes cooking

a breeze!  Stainless steel appliances and an oversized

faucet give it flare, while a desk in the corner is incredibly

handy!  The tall counter is great for entertaining or perfect

to slide some tall barstools under! 

Right on the other side of the counter is room for a table

in front of the sliding glass doors.  We have a kids table 

there, which is perfect for us, but it more than fits a regular-sized

table too!

Master Bedroom

Walk up the grand stairway and through the french

doors to the master bedroom retreat!  It greets you

with vaulted ceilings, three large windows and lots of space

(that's a king size bed)! 

Master Bathroom

The cool and breezy master bath is an oasis.  

It features a double sink, a large soaking tub and a separate

glass-enclosed shower with a built-in bench.  The toilet is even 

in it's own little room off to the left.  It is finished off with 

gorgeous new plank tiles.  

Through the double doors in the bathroom is the 

very spacious walk-in closet!

Bedroom

This bright bedroom is shared and loved by our kids.  It's closet

is large enough that it easily holds the clothes for all 3 kiddos!  

It features a fun, modern tree mural, but if tree murals are just not 

your thing, it can be easily painted over. 

Bedroom

This bedroom, on the upstairs level, served as our guest room.

It has a wonderful chair rail, a spacious closet and a big 

bright window that gives you a peek at the mountains!  

Bathroom

This smart bathroom on the upstairs level has two sinks

and a shower and bathtub.  The toilet is in it's own little nook, 

along with several towel hooks and a perfect little place for a dirty

clothes hamper!  It has new brushed nickel faucets in the 

sinks and shower as well as a matching hand towel rack and 

toilet paper holder.  This is the perfect bathroom for siblings or guests!
